I love taking pictures of my daughter and a lot of times they don't turn out the way I like them to turn out. Most of the time, I cannot make her stay in one place so I can take a picture of her. Although now that she is a little older she can actually say "cheese" and pose for the camera. But that will take like 1 second and she is off somewhere else.

The Little One Just Turned 2...
My little one just turned 2 last Monday and I made this layout for her birthday. She was inside the little tent that we gave her as an early birthday present. And so far she is still loving it. Right now it is her getaway place. Subscribe to my blog
Hue of Green Mini Kit
It has always fascinated me on how designers creates digital scrapbooking elements or anything to do with digital scrapbooking. So I thought I'd get my hands dirty and start making small elements at a time... to sort of practice. And so far I have created 2 freebies already. If you missed both of my freebies, you can get it here and here. Download them if you like it.
The 2 freebies that I had was mainly papers and alphas. So I thought I'd try making some small elements and I think it turned out decent enough for scrappers to use.
I call this element... "Hue of Green". I love green color, it's probably why the name has green on it. This mini kit comes with 7 papers, 3 are solids and 4 has prints on it, 3 flowers, a shrub, 2 square frames and an lower case alpha.

Personal Freebie: Coffee and Cream Collection
**Since I don't have a lot of spare time to do scrapbooking LO, I am entering this for the hopefully the other scrappers can use it. I also have another freebie called "Minty Collection". You can scroll down to get to the download page if you would like to download it.
Had a great time creating this new collection for digital scrapbooking. I call this new collection "Coffee and Cream Collection." It comes with 8 papers, 4 of them are polka dots and 4 are solids. Each solid papers has a pair of polka dots paper. There are also 5 different font designs that you can use and choice from.
I've always love the color combination of pink, browns and cream and when I had the chance to play with them, I was able to come up with this collection.

Minty Collection: Personal Freebie
I am so excited to tell you that I have my first ever personal freebie.. Hurray!!! I had a great time playing with the newly installed Photoshop on my computer and last night while I was doing a couple of layouts, I ended up making my first collection of digital scrapbooking papers and letters.
I call it Minty Collection. It looks a little minty to me... :)

Custom Headers For Single Parents Unite (WW)
I've been working on a couple of designs lately and so far I am pleased as to how they are turning out. The two headers are the same layout just different on the color scheme but the one in the middle is a different scenery although the theme is the same. Basically I came up with the design based on the title of the blog and just started putting the pieces together. The owner of the blog actually choose the one at the bottom but I also love the one in the middle.
The header in the middle, I added the little girl in the window peaking to give it a different appeal.

Yummy Lollipop
It was her first time to have a lollipop and you can imagine how she gobbled it up. But it only lasted for about 20 minutes. After that the lollipop when flying and landed on my jacket.. tsk! tsk! tsk!

Taken last Saturday when we went to McDonald and this McDonald don't have any play area. Rare for a McDonald with no play area. But since they don't have a play area we goof around with the little one. Here's one of her photo when she was giggling so much.On this photo she looks so grown up with her hair tied in pigtail and it somehow reminds me that the little one is growing up so fast.

Van Campenhout - Reyes Nuptial
One of my closest friend is tying the knot this coming September of 2008. And I got inspired by the thoughts of getting married. So I used this template and added a little bit of design to it. The template was premade by Lauraskathi and then I added the 2 background color, put a little shadow on the first green background, add a little bit of wordings and it turned out just the way I like it.

Never Wasted- Childlike -WW
I finally had some inspirations and made some layout. (digital scrap booking materials by Mila's Design). This one is very simple. I had 2 backgrounds, 3 frames, a twig, 2 bows, one with shell on it, wordings, flowers (just one type of flower) and some leaves, buttons, stitches, flower stamps, swirly dots and of course the picture of my little one.
