After the design has been approved (all revisions has been done), full payment is required before the installation of the design. Payments should be submitted by credit card through Paypal. I do not accept personal checks or cash. By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
WAITLIST, DEPOSIT & REFUNDS
If you would like your name added to the wait list, submit a non refundable $35 deposit. Once I am ready to proceed with your design, I will contact you. Due to the nature of the business, I do not issue refunds for deposits or payments made in full for any reason.
REVISIONS OF THE DESIGNS
Once I am done with the design I will send you a link to where you can view it. This is the time to check and if you have revisions make sure that you list all and let me know by sending an email. Please be specific as to what will be the revision. I offer 1 revisions after you have seen the finish layout.
COMMUNICATIONS
All communication is done through email. Be sure to check your email throughout the design process.
Once I have contacted you to proceed with your design, and do not hear from you for a period of one business week without notice, your name will be moved down on the wait list. If I do not her from a you (client) for a period of one month without communication, your project will be dropped, and no refunds will be made.
I am more than willing to move your name down on the list and proceed with another design. I just ask that you please contact me.
PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT
You need to either have a Photobucket account or any image hosting account for all of the graphics that I will be creating for you. All the graphics will be uploaded to your account. In this way, we can avoid having your graphics deleted and you can always access it anytime. If you don't have any, please create one. You have to send me your log in info for this one so I can upload all your graphics to your account.
NOTE: Please be sure to change the password after I have made all the installations.
ADDING ME TO YOUR ACCOUNT
After the last revision is done, you have to add me to your account. To do that, you can go to your Dashboard area, then Settings, Permission and send an invitation to labyouqt@canofthoughts.com. Once I confirm the invitation I will send you an email letting you know I confirm it, you will then have to go back to the Permission area and grant my account admin privilege so I can have access to your Layout area.

All designs and layout are property of Designs By Vhiel. By purchasing a blog makeover, the client has the right to display a design, but cannot edit, alter,share or copy the design in any way. If at any time you choose to edit, remove, or replace any elements from your custom design, you must reset your template and must remove all elements designed by Designs By Vhiel
