TERMS and CONDITIONS OF THE DESIGN

Important Please Read:
I require a $15.00 non refundable fee for the blog makeover packages (this does not include the custom header and the extras, only the blog makeover packages). This is to make sure that I get compensated for the designs I made for you, just in case you change your mind and does not forgo with the design anymore. This fee will be deducted from your total once you are ready to make a payment.


Revisions on the design:
Once I am done with the design I will send you a link to where you can view it. That is the time to check and make sure that you listed all the revisions that you want to be done. I offer 1 revisions after you have seen the finish layout. After I made all the necessary changes that you have requested I will go ahead and install it. If for some reason you still need something change after that, it will be $10.00 per hour fee.

Photobucket or image hosting account: *New Updates
You need to either have a Photobucket account or any image hosting account for all of the graphics that I will be creating for you. All the graphics will be uploaded to your account. In this way, we can avoid having your graphics deleted and you can always access it anytime. If you don't have any, I will create one for you using your e-mail address and I will give you the account after the design is completed.

Copyright of the Design:
The design I made for your site or blog is solely for one particular site or blog only. If you have more than 1 site you cannot copy the code and use it on your other blogs, that is against the terms and conditions. Please don't do that. I put a lot of effort on those designs .
